It’s a Lantern Life

June 25th, 2009

What makes a sound commercial enterprise? Alan sugar will no doubt have a thing to say on the subject. He’d in all likelihood tell you that it’s mostly about having a good product to trade in the first place, and being able to cohort people into liking your item by using all the clever sales strategies at your disposal. This is all first-rate, however it’s not the first thing to think about when leading a business. The Wish Lantern team has a different take on things to the great Mr business brain Believe it or not!. The essential reason for the success of Chinese lanterns is not only the fact that the lantern is original so, sells itself. The success of the team behind them, actually lies in the fact that they are truly dedicated to their clientele, and thus have accumulated a faithful following. I withdraw what I said antecedently. There is no such thing as a product that sells itself. However glorious or original something may be, it has no use at all if it isn’t publicised. It is down to the company who promotes it, to get the message out to the customer and then impress them with an competent and immediate service. One of the best things about the sky lantern business, is that they are flexible and are happy to improvise in order to meet a customers unique wants. It may be hard to conceive, but this is in reality very rare for companies to bend their rules so kindly. Wish Lantern understands that everyone is unique and that they are the service suppliers so must thus dish out what the customer needs (within reason obviously). That is where lies the success of the wish lantern business.
