SOS Moves to Mayfair

December 22nd, 2009

Search Office Space is now located in London’s prestigious Mayfair district. The company is functioning out of Berkeley Square House. SOS, which commenced operations in 1993, has offices in many parts of the world, like Auckland, US, Hong Kong, and London. Its clients hail from over 75 countries.

Company sources state that the business relocation is a good idea for the company at this juncture, as there has been significant increase in business opportunities arising from global locations. As it is now required to service clients from across the world, it has also found an increasing need for more spacious and centrally located offices, and hence the relocation to Berkeley Square House.

The Central London location of the company will afford it a high profile base as compared to its previous office premises near the Crossrail tube station at Bond Street. With this prime location, the company hopes to boost its growth even further. It is expected that the interaction with commercial agents, clients and development companies across the globe will be easier from these new premises.

Founder and MD of SOS Richard Smith said that the old office location was an ideal place for the company so far, but as business improves, it is in the company’s best interests to move into more centrally located offices. The new area is a hugely popular office development centre, with choice and availability for businesses looking for new rent desk options, owing to its numerous restaurants, business centres, entertainment spots, shopping areas and other attractions. There are many well known businesses nearby which cater to both national and international markets.
